Gift Card & Voucher Terms and ConditionsPurchases with your Gift CardYour gift card can be used towards the following services: Any of our coding memberships, Explorer, Trail Blazer, Explorer Sibling and Trail Blazer Sibling, and camps.Not valid for Birthday Parties.
No cash advancesYou cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash.
Validity and expiry of Gift CardsYour Gift Card will be valid for use until the Expiry Date. If there is no expiry date present, the card can be used at any time, without expiry.
Lost or stolen Gift CardsTreat your Gift Card like cash, lost, or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Changes to Terms of UseWe reserve the right to change any of these Terms of Use at any time when the change is required.
TransfersAll valid and unused Gift Vouchers are fully transferable. Skill Samurai or its Franchisees accept no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent Gift Vouchers. It is the holder's responsibility to ensure the safekeeping of the Gift Voucher(s).
LimitationsGift Cards obtained in giveaways or school events can only be used by new customers/members (Cards with lifetime expiry and no serial number present). Limit one gift card per student; Only one gift card/voucher can be used per transaction, per student. If a Family has multiple siblings, then multiple vouchers can be used. 
Availability of ServiceAll services/classes are offered subject to availability. Bookings are recommended to be made at least 3 weeks in advance. If you would like to book during peak times (such as weekends or holidays), you should book further in advance. Bookings are not finalized until you have received a confirmation email. 
Force majeureTo the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), nor be in default under these Terms of Use, for failure to observe or perform any of our obligations under these Terms of Use for any reason or cause which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented. These causes include acts of God, acts of nature, acts or omissions of government or their agencies, strikes or other industrial action, fire, flood, storm, riots, power shortages or failures, sudden and unexpected system failure or disruption by war or sabotage, and other acts or omissions of third parties.
LiabilitySkill Samurai and its Franchisees are not liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or special) either in negligence, another tort, breach of contract, breach of warranty, or for any other reason or cause whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with a Gift Card/Certificate or voucher. These terms and conditions or your use of the Website, including any loss or corruption of data, interference with or damage to your computer or any interruption, delay or failure in theWebsite; and you agree to indemnify us against any claim, damages or expenses we suffer in connection with the use of your photo, including any infringement of another person’s intellectual property rights or unauthorized use of any image of any other person.
