Our Valrico Coding Classes
Skill Samurai offers coding classes for children of all ages. Despite the belief that coding and computer science may be too challenging for young minds, we know better and believe in our students. We have designed our courses to be easily understood by children as young as seven. Our Valrico-based coding courses aim to spark children's interest in STEM by making learning an enjoyable experience. Apart from learning STEM skills that will serve as valuable tools for future success, your child will also develop critical thinking skills.
Elementary school (ages 7 to 12)
classes teach kids the foundations of computer science, using:● Block-based coding● Scratch● Minecraft● Roblox
Middle school (ages 12 to 14)
students have the opportunity to explore and specialize in guided career paths, like video game design, web development, and engineering. In addition to Roblox and Minecraft, our middle schoolers learn using:● YouTube● HTML/CSS● JavaScript● LUA● Python● Unreal engine
High school (ages 14 and up)
students learn the skills they need to prepare for college, careers, and industry certification. The classes we offer high schoolers include:● Entrepreneurship● Career development● Internet of Things● Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning● Cloud computing, applied data analytics, database fundamentals, Big Data● Marketing sales and service● STEM: science, technology, engineering, and mathematics

With our monthly memberships, your child can attend one or two classes per week, and if they miss a class, they can make it up later.

Our older Valrico students have opportunities to achieve valuable certifications from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and more! We offer over 40 different certifications and career paths, giving your kid the tools they need to start out on the right foot after high school graduation. In fact, a number of our students pass on college and the associated debt, and instead pursue high-paying careers directly after completing our program.
